The housing industry client had a dedicated office person who was responsible for the bookkeeping, but her skill levels were more administrative than accounting based.

Without  documented processes in place to handle the accounting software and BAS lodgements and a lot of time wasted chasing staff for receipts the office person was stressed and frustrated.

The Solution

The first thing Bizwize did was review the current systems and made changes to get the integration with Hubdocs working correctly to improve receipt capture.

We set default invoices in Xero and streamlined sales processing.  Then set up some easy processes, provided onsite training and fully documented the procedures.

Bizwize also provides phone and email support and checks the completed BAS prior to lodgement.

A prominent Perth Air Conditioning maintenance & repair business contacted Bizwize as their long-term bookkeeper & administrator had just left at short notice, leaving no time for a handover of accounts and accounting processes.
