Senior Bookkeeper

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated & dynamic Bookkeeper to join our team.

Tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Providing bookkeeping services for a range of clients across multiple accounting platforms including MYOB, Xero and QuickBooks Online
- Processing weekly and fortnightly payrolls for clients to set deadlines
- Accounts receivable for clients, this may include contacting debtors and chasing up bad debts
- Accounts payable, processing and matching payments for clients
- Sales Invoicing / debtor maintenance and setup
- Bank transaction processing and reconciliation
- BAS and IAS preparation
- Superannuation reconciliation and lodgement
- Software set up, integrations and client training
The successful candidate for this position will have the following:
Skills & Experience
- A minimum Cert IV in Bookkeeping
- A minimum 5 years Bookkeeping Experience in Australia
- Highly competent in the use of computers and integrated software
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- MYOB
- Xero
- QuickBooks Online
- Proficient in MS Office
- Receipt Bank an advantage
- High accuracy of data entry and data management
